Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Organic Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients and referral sources, and driving census growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of organic behavioral health business development including mental health and addiction and have experience in the field as well as good presentation skills. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective referral sources and other community agencies to introduce our organization and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships through effective communication and follow-up strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities by researching market trends and customer needs.
- Create targeted strategies for lead generation and conversion.
- Utilize CRM software to track interactions, manage leads, and report on activities.
- Participate in community events, conferences and presentations
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Skills
- Strong background in organic behavioral health business development.
- Proficient in using software tools for CRM and lead management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to communicate effectively with potential clients.
- Experience with warm calling and outbound calling techniques.
