• 32-hour work week with a 4-day schedule
• $30K sign-on bonus
• Rotated newborn rounding and 1:6 weeks call rotation
• Team environment with EMR: eClinical Works
• Weekday hours from 8am to 5pm
• Pediatric RN triage for after-hours support
