- Provide technical, educational, and administrative leadership in Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging.
- Train and evaluate student technologists, ensuring compliance with licensure and competencies.
- Coordinate daily operations, patient scheduling, and staff productivity.
- Maintain safety standards and ensure proper usage of equipment.
- Perform diagnostic testing and administer radiopharmaceuticals.
- Document procedures for billing and compliance.
- Participate in departmental policy development and customer service.
- Bachelors in a scientific field or Associates in Nuclear Medicine Technology with 2 years of experience.
- Current Nuclear Medicine registration and Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist License.
- 3 years of experience in Molecular/Nuclear Imaging.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
