- Setting: LTC/SNF, OP, and HH
- Total Pay Package: Starting at $2,000 per week
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm; No weekends or holidays
- Start Date: ASAP; Length: 13 weeks
- Supervise PT Assistants/Therapy Aides
- Consult with patients and develop treatment plans
- Coach patients on exercises and maintain records
- Doctorate or masters in physical therapy
- Valid state licensure and drivers license
- Strong communication skills; experience preferred
