- Responsible for day-to-day coordination and oversight of nursing activities during shifts.
- Ensure compliance with State and Federal Regulations and Facility Policies.
- Act as Administration's representative in the absence of senior nursing staff.
- Must have an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in nursing or be an LPN/LVN enrolled in an RN program.
- Requires 1 year of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in Skilled Nursing.
