A skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Jackson, Tennessee, is seeking an RN Unit Manager to oversee daily operations of the nursing unit. Responsibilities include managing a team of nurses, ensuring adherence to policies, maintaining patient records, and ensuring staff training and certification.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Active RN license in TN or compact
  • 2 years in a nursing leadership role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Collaborative work ethic
  • Excellent organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Experience in long-term care
  • Nursing leadership certification
