Position Summary:
Bold Steps Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate and credentialed Substance Abuse Clinician to join our dynamic team to provide high-quality, evidence-based treatment to individuals struggling with substance use disorders. This position involves facilitating both group and individual therapy in a structured treatment setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with clearly defined goals and measurable outcomes
- Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities
Qualifications:
Education:
- Must have a Master’s Degree in Addictions, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a closely related field (required)
Certifications (would like but will consider work history):
- Licensed or Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (e.g., LADC, CADC, LCAS)
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of substance use treatment
Other Requirements:
- Evening shift – willing to consider 3- to 4- day work week
