The Role
Remote position reporting to a Director of Client Strategy, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Executive of Client Strategy to join our team. The Account Executive will be responsible for running the day-to-day operations for client accounts and managing the successful execution of projects across multiple platforms. The role requires strong communication and relationship-building skills, great attention to detail, and a high level of operational excellence.
Responsibilities Include:
- Effectively coordinate with multiple internal departments to keep projects moving forward
- Monitor and troubleshoot Retailer and DTC platforms for Clients accounts
- Develop knowledge of the assigned brand or retailer brand positioning(s), short- and long-term goals, consumer/shopper targets, and marketing strategies
- Tactically support programs (development of timelines, meeting agendas, call reports, trafficking, and review of materials)
- Develop your proficiency across all BOLD internal workflow systems
- Maintain and update team reports, including weekly status, marketplace assessments, etc.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Experience (ideally 2 years) in an account management role, ideally within an agency (eCommerce, Shopper, Digital Marketing) environment
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate to clients and internal stakeholders
- Proficiency in project and task management
- Ability to manage concurrent priorities, adhere to strict timelines and work well with cross-functional teams
- Good foundational understanding of the overall retail landscape (retail media networks, technologies, best practices, etc)
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, Shopify, or similar would be a plus
- Enthusiastic team player with a "can do" attitude in accepting work/new challenges and a desire to learn all aspects of the eCommerce discipline
- Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related field
In addition to salary, an attractive benefits package will be offered with this position. This role will require 5% travel or less.
