BOLD Construction is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Estimator/Purchasing Agent to join our team.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining relationships with trade partners.
- Interpreting drawings to determine project requirements.
- Managing bid requests and generating purchase orders.
- Compiling documentation for bids and vendors.
- Resolving disputes with trade partners.
- Identifying cost savings and quality improvements.
- Updating and analyzing data for leadership.
- Collaborating with other departments.
- Exploring new products with trade partners.
- Maintaining vendor records in BuilderTrend.
- Working in both office and field settings.
- Estimating costs accurately.
- Adhering to established processes.
Qualifications:
- 5 years in residential homebuilding/renovation.
- Estimator/Purchasing Agent experience preferred.
- Exceptional computer skills.
- Strong math and analytical skills.
- BuilderTrend experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
