The ideal candidate should be familiar with basic safety practices with the expectation that the employee will be trained to use a skid steer to assist in daily tasks. Other skill sets and experience are a plus.

Although no previous experience is necessary several traits would benefit the right candidate and the job description includes a few must haves.

Ability to work 7-4 Monday through Friday (sick days, vacation days, and personal days accrued in conjunction with seniority)

Ability to lift 50 pounds and climb in and out of equipment safely and willingness to work outside potentially in inclement weather and temperatures.

Customer service skills including the ability to give and take directions, answer questions, retain knowledge of repetitive tasks yet think outside the box to improvise, redirect, and prioritize tasks, recognize and sort materials based on explanations, converse clearly, read and record digital weights legibly.

Although the job does not offer health insurance, compensation and pay is negotiable, and dental, vision and disability are offered at employees’ expense as well as a company matching retirement plan.
