About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Banner ERP Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting a college or university using the Banner ERP system. This role requires in-depth knowledge of each Banner module, including Student, Faculty, HR, Payroll, Finance, and Financial Aid. The Banner ERP Analyst will be responsible for business process analysis, troubleshooting, scripting in SQL, report writing, and technical writing. Excellent customer service skills are essential.
What you'll be doing :
Support of Banner ERP System :
- Provide technical support for Banner ERP modules (Student, Faculty, HR, Payroll, Finance, Financial Aid) with a focus on troubleshooting routine issues and assisting in module performance improvements. Success is measured by maintaining 90% uptime and resolving support requests within standard timeframes.
