In your next role you will drive strategy, development, documentation, and management of our end-to-end operational platforms.  A key element of the job will be focused on interpreting and translating business processes into technical requirements.  You will define project controls, governance, analytics, business intelligence, and lead reporting automation efforts. Based in one of our offices you will be responsible for the backbone of our clients communication structure.What you’ll be doingAs part of the Operations Organization, you will support database architecture, conduct technology research, and provide sound recommendations for platform / toolset enhancements and migration. It’s a role with a lot of variety, and day-to-day, you’ll mainly be involved with : Plan and implement system strategies to support business and user needs to align with overall business goalsGather requirements from functional groups and create technical specification packages for developmentReview ongoing analysis of trends to improve overall business system performanceDevelop budgets, policies, and procedures to support the functional use of business operational systemsWork with executive leadership to ensure ongoing alignment across systems and platforms and across partner organizationsDevelop solutions that satisfy customer requirements and how they relate to system capabilitiesEnsure solutions are compatible with overall system architectureSupport all aspects of Boldyn’s business operational systems and its integration within business processes both upstream and downstreamManage and ensure timely solution implementationCommunicate solution implementation status through acceptance and operationPerform other related duties as required and assignedWhat you’ll bringThink you could make a difference here?
