Senior Director, Systems & Process
About the role
A senior director position responsible for driving strategy, development, documentation, and management of end-to-end operational platforms.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret and translate business processes into technical requirements.
- Define project controls, governance, analytics, business intelligence, and lead reporting automation efforts.
- Support database architecture, conduct technology research, and provide recommendations for platform/toolset enhancements and migration.
- Plan and implement system strategies to support business and user needs.
- Gather requirements from functional groups and create technical specification packages for development.
- Review ongoing analysis of trends to improve overall business system performance.
- Develop budgets, policies, and procedures to support the functional use of business operational systems.
- Work with executive leadership to ensure ongoing alignment across systems and platforms.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.
- 6-8 years of experience in development, including Oracle relational databases and PL/SQL.
- Experience managing SAAS platforms, application architecture, and software development life cycle.
- Project management skills, with PMP Certification preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
