Title: ECF Administrator
Reports to: ECF Manager
Strategic Value:
Support and facilitate the firm’s goals
Provide a Quality Checkpoint prior to filing documents with USBC
Support and enhance the Boleman Law Brand
Duties and Responsibilities:
File necessary petitions, motions, amendments, and plans with the USBC
Submit via BOPS necessary orders to the Court
Use client management software to enter and update client records
Review documents prior to filing to verify work product meets procedures and firm
standards
Perform other group duties and general office tasks as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, Education and Experience
High School degree with minimum of four years work experience required - Bachelor’s
degree preferred
50 wpm typing
Proficiency with personal computer and MS Word, Excel and Outlook required
Knowledge of modern office procedures, methods and equipment including telephone
communications, office systems and record keeping
Capable of performing daily responsibilities without constant supervision
Other Requirements
High attention to detail
Good communication skills
Ability to multi task and manage time well
Willing to work flexible hours as requested by manager
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
