What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor position at Bolero Resort?
We're looking for warm and friendly Front Desk Agents to be the face of our organization and to provide a welcoming first impression for all of our guests. Responsibilities include managing a large number of high volume phone calls, answering questions from guests and implementing company policies. A successful candidate for this position will enjoy working in a diverse environment interacting with people. Pay based on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Be attentive and welcoming to guests of the hotel.
- Check guests in or out and relay information to the accounting department.
- Answer guest questions.
- Provide guests with directions to local attractions.
- Use the computer system.
- Make recommendations to guests based on their needs.
- Audit the daily totals and settle the credit card batch
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Overnight shift
- Weekends as needed
