Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Digital Print Operator to join our dynamic production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining digital printing equipment, ensuring high-quality output, and adhering to production schedules. This role requires a combination of technical aptitude, attention to detail, and a passion for the printing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain digital printing machines and finishing equipment, including wide-format printers, inkjet printers, and cutters.
- Prepare and set up digital printing jobs, including material selection, color matching, and resolution settings.
- Monitor printing jobs for quality control, ensuring that all specifications and customer requirements are met.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the printing process to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of production runs, including time spent, materials used, and any problems encountered.
- Collaborate with the design and sales teams to ensure that customer expectations are met and exceeded.
- Clean and maintain printing equipment regularly to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new printing technologies, and best practices.
