Job Summary:

Bolger Direct, a 90-year-old, third-generation, family-owned business at the forefront of print innovation, is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team in Kasota. As a crucial member of our Fulfillment Department (600), reporting directly to Judy Burth, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of customer orders. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to contributing to our sustainable and customer-focused environment. The primary focus of this role is to accurately and efficiently pick orders.

Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibility:

  • Accurately and efficiently pick printed materials and other products from warehouse locations based on order specifications.

  • Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and scanning devices to track inventory and order status, ensuring accuracy.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment within the warehouse, contributing to our commitment to safety and sustainability.

  • Collaborate effectively with production, design, and sales teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

  • Adhere to all company safety procedures and guidelines.

Additional Responsibilities, as needed due to workload:

  • Carefully pack orders to ensure products are protected during transit, reflecting Bolger's commitment to quality.

  • Prepare and label packages with correct shipping information, adhering to all relevant guidelines.

  • Inspect picked and packed items for quality and report any discrepancies or damages.

  • Assist with receiving and stocking incoming shipments of materials and finished goods as needed.

  • Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.

  • Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned, supporting the overall efficiency of the Fulfillment Department (600).

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or related environment is a plus.

  • Ability to read and understand order instructions and packing lists with accuracy.

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse scanning equipment is beneficial.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, contributing to Bolger's collaborative environment.

  • Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

  • Forklift experience is not required but is a plus.

Working Conditions:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

  • Exposure to typical warehouse conditions, including moderate noise levels.

  • Job may involve interaction with various departments within Bolger.
