We are a reputable mid-size law firm and are currently seeking a talented and dedicated litigation paralegal to join Family Law and General Litigation group.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist litigation attorneys in drafting legal documents
2. Prepare and organize case files, ensuring all documents are accurate and up-to-date
3. Communicate with clients, both in person and over the phone, providing exceptional customer service
4. Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings for attorneys
5. Prepare and file legal documents with the court and other relevant entities
6. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards at all times
Requirements:
1. Previous experience as a litigation paralegal or legal assistant
2. Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
5. Attention to detail and accuracy
