Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance and Cleaning Technician to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for ensuring that our equipment and facilities are properly maintained and cleaned. This includes performing daily inspections, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.
Your duties will involve:
- Painting and coating equipment and surfaces
- Cleaning hand tools, power tools, and equipment
- High-pressure water cleaning and waste management
- Confined space entry and inspection
- Liquid and solid material handling
- Driving and transporting personnel and equipment
- Pipe fitting work and repair
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess strong problem-solving abilities.
