Bolin Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Waste Management and Equipment Technician to join our team. This is a full-time position that requires flexibility in travel and the ability to work outdoors throughout the year.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have experience with waste management and equipment operation, as well as the ability to perform a variety of tasks, including painting, hand tool cleaning, power tool cleaning, high-pressure water cleaning, and confined space entry.
We offer a competitive salary range of $18-$25 per hour, based on experience or certifications such as a CDL. In addition to a weekly pay, we provide annual trainings, including the OSHA 10 hour, and hands-on training at job sites.
This position involves frequent travel, up to 2 weeks at a time, with transportation and lodging provided. You will be required to pass a pre-employment DOT drug test and background check, as well as maintain a clean MVR record.

- Painting

- Hand excavation through use of shovels, jack hammers and concrete saws
- Scaffolding erection
- Confined space entry
- Liquid and solid material handling

- Pipe fitting work
Requirements
- Must live within reasonable commute to Casey, Illinois
- Must be willing to travel
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have clean MVR (no reckless driving, suspensions or DUI's within the last 7 years)
- Able to deal with extreme cold and hot climates
- Must be able to wear a respirator, as well as other required PPE equipment
- Good Communication Skills
- Minimum High School Degree Required
