Description
Job Summary:
- Provides direct and indirect patient care activities under the direction of Psychiatric Care Unit Nursing Staff
- Assists patients with activities of daily living, provides for personal care, comfort and assists in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment for an assigned group of patients
Qualifications
Education:
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED), or equivalent, is required
Required Certifications:
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required within 90 days of hire or transfer
- Handle With Care Behavior Management System (HWC) Certification required within 90 days of hire or transfer
- Blood Glucose Monitoring Training Program Certification required within 90 days of hire or transfer
