Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our middle/high school team. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong commitment to providing high-quality educational services to students and families.
Key responsibilities will include assisting teachers in planning, implementing, and evaluating instructional programs; supporting student learning and behavior management; and collaborating with colleagues to promote a positive school environment.
Additional duties may include supervising students during meals, recess, or other activities; participating in staff meetings and professional development opportunities; and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the school district.
Our ideal candidate will be a New York State certified or pending certification holder with experience working with diverse student populations.
