Position Overview:
The Bolles School is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic coach to lead our high school girls flag football team. This is a seasonal position ideal for someone who is passionate about working with student-athletes and helping them grow both on and off the field.
What You’ll Do:
- Plan and lead practices during the season.
- Coach players on the fundamentals of the game, including skills, strategy, and teamwork.
- Foster a positive, encouraging team culture.
- Coordinate with the Athletic Department on scheduling and logistics.
- Communicate clearly with athletes, families, and school staff.
- Ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all players.
- Follow school policies and FHSAA rules and regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience playing or coaching flag football or football, preferably at the high school level or above.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- A positive attitude and a student-first approach.
- Willingness to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends during the season.
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain before the season begins).
