Position Title: Campus Store Specialist – Bartram Campus
FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt
Reports To: Director of Auxiliary Programs / Bartram Campus Head
Position Type: 10-Month, Full-Time (School Year)
Schedule: August 1 – Post-Planning, with flexibility to assist during summer months
Position Summary
The Campus Store Specialist at The Bolles School’s Bartram Campus (K–12) is responsible for directing and coordinating the daily operations of the campus store and printing services. This includes providing exceptional customer service to students, families, faculty, staff, and occasional outside guests, while managing inventory, supplies, mail services, and print tasks. The Specialist ensures a well-organized, welcoming retail environment that supports the daily needs and school spirit of the Bartram community.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced, student-centered environment. Athletic coaching experience preferred.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate the campus store daily from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with flexibility for occasional overtime or event support.
- Direct the activities of the campus store and printing operations, serving the needs of all campus stakeholders.
- Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, faculty, and staff.
- Maintain organized displays and ensure appropriate pricing, inventory levels, and product rotation.
- Conduct periodic sales to manage surplus inventory and promote school spirit items.
- Coordinate and process centralized supply orders, ensuring accurate delivery across departments.
- Receive merchandise, maintain inventory records, and assist in physical inventory counts annually.
- Support sales of spirit wear and merchandise at campus events, athletic games, and school functions.
- Participate in seasonal activities such as Campus Book Buyback and other auxiliary programs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of store and supply storage spaces.
- Perform general printing duties, including preparing print jobs and assisting faculty with printing needs.
Qualifications
- Athletic Coaching experience will be given preference.
- High school diploma required; Associate degree (AA) preferred.
- Demonstrated retail and/or customer service experience required.
- Experience with point-of-sale systems preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment
- Generally works in standard office and retail conditions and climate.
- Must be able to lift and move light to moderately heavy boxes (up to 25 lbs).
- Requires regular movement throughout the campus store and storage spaces.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
- Frequently lift up to 40 bs.
