Job Responsibilities
Leadership
- Lead a diverse team of C5ISR electrical engineers and designers, ensuring the successful progression of assigned work.
- Communicate effectively with Project Engineering, Supply Chain Management, and production personnel to meet program requirements and project schedules.
- Oversee departmental goals and performance within the C5ISR engineering team.
- Develop system integration plans for electrical systems, circuits, and components for C5ISR platforms, including communication, surveillance, and combat systems.
- Review and implement electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and interface designs for military-grade systems.
- Design power distribution systems, electrical control systems, and high-performance circuits.
- Integrate C5ISR systems with other subsystems, ensuring compatibility and seamless operation across platforms.
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting of C5ISR systems in lab and field environments.
- Ensure systems meet required performance standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-810, ABS).
- Oversee the planning and execution of maintenance, repair, and modifications for existing electrical and electronic systems.
- Provide engineering support for system upgrades and modernization.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, including specifications, technical manuals, and maintenance procedures.
- Write detailed reports and provide recommendations for system improvements.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (e.g., mechanical and software engineers) on C5ISR projects.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and technical milestones for successful engineering solutions.
- Act as the Control Account Manager (CAM) for C5ISR projects, ensuring accuracy and continuous improvement in:

- Apply advanced engineering principles to enhance reliability and performance in harsh environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: 10 years of experience preferred; minimum of 5 years required.
- Technical Skills:
