Title : Data Entry Associate

Location : Pascagoula, MS

Job Overview : We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Associate to help with distributing, collecting and verifying of timesheets. Maintaining attendance records, preparing reports and provides general office support as assigned.

Qualifications :

Two (2) to Three (3) years of data entry / general clerical or related experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepares production timesheets for distribution

Reconciles clock swipes vs. timesheet discrepancies.

E stablishes schedules required ensuring timely submission of data for payroll preparation.

C omplies information and prepares reports on hours worked, overtime, attendance, etc.

Provides general office support and other duties assigned or requested by Management.

Works overtime as required.

Reports to work daily and on time.

Skills :

Basic typing skill and computer experience in using MS Office applications.

Can operate most office equipment.

Experience in filing, record keeping, and data entry.
