The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of OSHA and other local, state, and federal rules and regulations. This role involves developing and monitoring company safety programs, conducting surveys to ensure regulatory compliance, and achieving Company HSE goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor company safety programs.
- Conduct surveys to ensure compliance with OSHA and other local, state, and federal regulations.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and achieve Company HSE goals.
- Manage HSE compliance programs across multiple locations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Use MS Office applications proficiently for various tasks.
- B.S. in Occupational Safety or a related technical field.
- Minimum of seven (7) years of working experience in HSE compliance.
- In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage and coordinate safety programs across multiple locations.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA and other local, state, and federal regulations.
- Ability to manage multi-location programs.
- Highly motivated and effective communicator.
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications.
- Maritime industry experience is a plus.
