Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 10 years of quality management system experience in shipbuilding, manufacturing, or a similar setting.
- A bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration.
- Proven track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
