Restaurant Service Associate

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences while efficiently managing orders and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, providing them with menus and information about daily specials.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using OpenTable or Aloha POS systems, ensuring all requests are noted.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Upsell menu items and promote special offers to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
• Assist in the sanitation of tables, utensils, and dining areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to health standards.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately, processing payments and providing change as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders and address any special dietary needs or requests from guests.
• Provide attentive service throughout the meal, checking in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction.
• Address any guest inquiries or concerns promptly, offering solutions or assistance as necessary.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Familiarity with OpenTable or Aloha POS systems is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
• Ability to upsell menu items effectively while maintaining an engaging rapport with customers.
• Knowledge of culinary terms and food preparation processes is beneficial.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, in a nightclub or busy restaurant setting.
• A strong sense of teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail is essential for success in this role.

Pay: $1,000.00 - $2,000.00 per week
