Position Summary:
We are seeking a visionary Vice President of Finance to join our executive team and lead the financial strategy and operations at Bolt Farm Treehouse. In this role, you will oversee revenue growth, profitability, cash flow management, and operational efficiency while ensuring the financial health and sustainability of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and implement financial strategies to support sales growth and achieve revenue goals.
- Enhance Profitability: Monitor and improve profitability through EBITDA management and financial performance tracking.
- Manage Cash Flow: Ensure liquidity, optimize working capital, and implement strategies for long-term financial stability.
