Dynamic small fitness equipment business is looking for full-time motivated and outgoing customer service candidates to be a part of our rapid expansion. This is a one of a kind opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a business that is growing rapidly. Applicants must be outgoing, people-oriented, self-motivated, have excellent communication skills, be able to work Saturdays and Sundays, and have flexible work schedules. BILINGUAL (English and Spanish) is a plus. $15 an hour to start. We are open 7 days a week from 10am - 6pm, but schedules will vary based on demand.
Responsibilities include:
--Manage customer inquiries via phone
--Handling, logging, and resolving customer concerns
--Finding leads for the sales team
