Bolt Medical is seeking a Medical Device Process Engineering Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of new manufacturing processes and improving existing ones to enhance product quality and reduce costs.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate current manufacturing practices, identify areas for improvement, and implement new processes and technologies. A strong background in process engineering, preferably in medical device manufacturing, is essential for this role.
We are looking for a highly skilled leader with excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a scientific or engineering discipline, minimum 5 years of experience in process engineering, and proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks. Experience with Six Sigma Methodology and Minitab is also preferred.
