Role Overview

What You'll Do:

- Collaborate with teams to audit data and resolve discrepancies.
Operational Process Assistance
- Support ongoing process improvement initiatives with research and documentation.
- Assist with system maintenance tasks, such as updating CRM or project management tools.

What You'll Need:

- Familiarity with basic data entry or analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) required.
- Knowledge of CRM systems, preferably HubSpot, is required
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic analytical skills with the ability to learn and apply new tools.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or similar software.
