We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Tier 1 Data Operations Specialist to join our team!

We are searching for a Tier 1 Data Operations Specialist who is seeking to work with a fast-growing SaaS company in the automotive space. Must be well spoken, eager to resolve issues, and provide above and beyond customer experience. How You’re Measured:

  • Daily Attempted Proactive Data Calls
  • Daily Successful Proactive Data Calls

  • Checkout Response Time


What You’ll Do:

  • Proactively customer outreach to ensure data is being received from their shop management system. Must be able to answer questions, identify potential issues, and provide education.
  • Accept incoming calls, documenting tickets, remote sessions as needed to resolve connection.
  • Effectively escalate issues to the appropriate teams when they arise outside of scope.
  • Ensure shop management connection at time of sale, transfer connection between systems, monitor and maintain connection of management systems as needed.
  • Deliver a consistent customer experience with timely resolutions in compliance with SLAs.


What You’ll Need:

  • Minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing role is required. Technical support experience preferred.
  • Attention to detail and committed to quality customer experience.
  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Ability to be trained and work well with a team.
  • Professional demeanor with excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to install and perform routine maintenance for customer data and configurations; identify, analyze, explain, and resolve customer concerns
  • Ability to work in the office up to 3 days per week
