As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the hospital's accounts payable function, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.
You will work closely with various departments to resolve any discrepancies and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
This is a long-term temporary position, offering a competitive hourly rate of $21-$25 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable process from start to finish
- Process invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve payment issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
Requirements
