Job Location : Stockton, California
Pay Rate : $16-$17 / hour

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 6am-2 : 30pm
Description of Position :
Are you eager to learn and looking for a growth opportunity? We have a basic General Labor position with the potential for advancement.
While forklift experience isn't required, we hire and promote based on skills learned and with at least a 1 year of construction experience.
Expect some daily overtime, usually one to two hours. We provide ice for drinks, but there's no food on-site. You'll have half-hour lunches, and steel-toed boots and a tape measure are necessary.
We need someone reliable and punctual who's interested in acquiring new skills. This role involves repeated heavy lifting, with glass panels weighing up to 70 lbs.
Team lifts are standard for loads above 50 lbs.

Experience Required :
- Must have at least 1 year of construction background, assisting, or apprentice.
- Willingness to learn a new trade and grow with our company.
- Work under the direct supervision of the shift supervisor and department lead.
- Ability to work in a team atmosphere. Previous glass handling experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds frequently and 75 pounds occasionally.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to read, write, and speak in English.
- Must be able to read a tape measure (a test will be given at the interview).
Salary : $16 - $17
