Collaborate with clients to create artwork for guitar picks, using client-supplied designs or developing new creative concepts based on client direction.Prepare files for print, ensuring specifications like size, color, and type consistency are met while maintaining printing accuracy.Edit and finalize vector files with precision and attention to detail.Create color separations for screen and pad printing processes.Maintain and organize graphic files, ensuring proper archiving for future use.Recommend design and production process improvements to enhance quality and meet company standards.Assist with the maintenance and operation of printers and film-related hardware.
Description of Company : You'll be working with a leading music manufacturing company based in Benicia, California. They specialize in producing a wide range of music accessories, including picks, pedals, and everything in between.Required Experience :
At least 1 year of experience preparing files for print.Strong visual, conceptual, and technical design skills.In-depth understanding of design principles, including layout and typography.Knowledge of prepress printing techniques and technologies.Proficiency in Mac-based systems and advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
