Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional, organized, and personable Front Desk Clinic Administrator to join our chiropractic clinic team. This individual will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service to our patients, managing front-office operations, and assisting with the smooth flow of the clinic's daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Interaction: Greet patients warmly, answer questions, and assist with any initial inquiries.
- Appointment Scheduling: Schedule patient appointments and manage the calendar.
- Phone Management: Answer inbound calls, handle patient inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate staff.
- Patient Check-in/Check-out: Manage patient check-ins, verify personal information, and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Billing & Payments: Process patient payments, handle billing inquiries, and manage the collection of co-pays.
- Electronic Health Records (EHR) Management: Maintain accurate patient records, update EHRs, and ensure all documents are properly filed.
- Office Maintenance: Ensure the front office area is clean, organized, and welcoming for patients.
- Customer Service: Handle patient concerns professionally, ensuring a positive experience and high level of satisfaction.
- Miscellaneous Administrative Duties: Perform other administrative tasks such as managing supplies, processing incoming mail, and assisting with marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Prior experience in administration is preferred.
- Skills:
- Bilingual is a huge plus!
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
