Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and finalize construction projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Manage project resources, including materials and labor, ensuring efficient use throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations.
- Prepare and present project proposals, including timelines and cost estimates.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding project status, changes, and challenges.
- Ensure quality control by reviewing work performed by subcontractors and ensuring adherence to standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes including remodeling, concrete forming, stucco application, roofing, carpentry, tile laying, plumbing, welding, and construction estimating.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed on-site.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
