What You Will Be Doing :
This position provides the coordination of the construction phase activities and construction costs for any miscellaneous work requests, minor and major construction projects throughout new or expansion of Bolton & Menk office locations. This position will monitor the performance of contractors and subcontractors who are constructing, renovating, remodeling, or providing maintenance of Bolton & Menk buildings and the renovation of leased properties. In this role, you will be responsible for several projects at any given time with various levels of complexity at one or more locations. You will apply acquired technical skills to perform the full range of construction management activities for each project which may include any estimating, bidding, scheduling, constructing, maintenance or remodeling, safety inspections, and scheduling of the Bolton & Menk internal work groups dealing with the relocation and move-in activities.
What We Are Looking For :
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering or Bachelor of Arts in Architecture or related field from an accredited college or university
- Experience with on-site field construction conditions, in-depth knowledge of construction processes, sequencing and productivity.
- Exceptional interpersonal written & verbal communication skills
- Exemplary time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Must possess a valid drivers license and their own transportation
- Be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds while walking through rough terrain
Salary Range : $60,000 - $125,000 depending on years of experience and credentials
Bolton & Menk is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to specific geographic location.
