Bolton & Menk has an exciting opportunity for a Design Engineer, EIT, to join our Land Development team. We are looking to add a Design Engineer - EIT who will help foster our mission that All People Should Live in Safe, Sustainable and Beautiful Communities! Most of your time will be spent assisting project managers and project engineers in feasibility and final design phase activities on land development projects. This position is open to new graduates or an experienced EIT with 1-3 years of experience.
What You Will Be Doing :
- Assist Project Engineers with feasibility and final design activities on land development site design projects
- Perform basic design computations, permitting, applicable software applications, design, research and prepare rough drafts of feasibility studies.
- Assist with project plans and specifications, preparing cost and quantity take-off estimates
What We Are Looking For :
Salary Range : $70,000 - $90,000 depending on years of experience and credentials
