Job Summary: Provide outstanding customer service while handling ticket and pass sales, promoting Bolton Valley products, and maintaining Rec Center cleanliness. Assist with pool and hot tub maintenance as needed.

Customer Service Expectations: This position involves constant, direct customer contact: answering questions, selling products and the employee is expected to be courteous and professional in accordance with Bolton's commitment to providing superior customer service.
Qualifications
Work is performed primarily indoors. Noise levels can be high and space crowded during busy times.

- Provide excellent customer service to every person who enters the Rec Center
- Selling season passes, day tickets, and access to Rec Center amenities while presenting guests with opportunities for purchasing additional Bolton Valley products and services.
- Assist in the overall cleanliness and functionality of the Rec Center
- Provide support to the Manager when needed, including pool and hot tub maintenance

Qualifications
- High school education
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Previous POS experience is preferred
- Pool maintenance experience is helpful but not required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to complete tasks quickly and under pressure
- Patience
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking short distances
- Minor lifting
- High noise levels and crowded spaces during busy times
