In this role, you’ll support the Property Manager by ensuring exceptional tenant satisfaction. Your strong customer service instincts and attention to detail will be crucial as you communicate with and resolve any needs the residents might present.
Additionally, you’ll assist with operational tasks like reviewing leasing documents and various contracts and ensuring compliance with local regulations. Supporting the VP of Operations and Property Manager with any administrative duties including, but not limited to: filing, scanning, returning phone calls, and scheduling will also fall under your purview.
This position is fully in office.
