What Matters Most
In this role, you’ll advise and represent clients in cases ranging from personal injury, wrongful death, and medical malpractice to product liability, construction defect, and employment matters. You’ll manage cases from start to finish, and your responsibilities will encompass all aspects of litigation, including client consultations, legal research and investigation, negotiating settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel, and handling post-trial matters. Accompanying clients to hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials and presenting arguments before a judge or jury will also be part of your purview.
This is a hybrid position.
