Your New Role:
This local financial services firm is seeking an accomplished Operations Support professional to join their Lake Oswego office to ensure everything is running smoothly. In this role, you’ll utilize your operational experience to facilitate and maintain a fast-paced office.

Day-to-day you’ll wear many hats, including assisting with general office support, customer service, and account management. Your primary focus in this role will be opening and closing accounts, and general client services. This team will value your collaborative spirit and ability to make sound decisions and problem solve.

You’ll be essential in creating an engaging work environment that encourages staff to make the firm their long-term home, with ample support and opportunities for growth and development.

The role is 100% in-office.
