Your New Role:

In this role, you’ll rely heavily on your practice that is complementary to this firm’s real estate practice. Competitive candidates will have an established reputation in the Portland legal community, and a portable book of business.

You’ll have reasonable billable requirements, and your compensation will increase based on collections, business development bonuses, and equity.

The attorneys here work primarily in-office, with some hybrid flexibility.

Your New Organization:
As a niche practice, this firm has extensive experience in the following areas: corporate formation and governance, creditors’ rights and bankruptcy, collections and foreclosures, financial services, loan documentation, real estate transactions, and complex commercial litigation.
