As a Major Accounts Manager , you will be responsible for growing major account sales in assigned accounts and driving success in defined target accounts by working with internal functional groups and the dealer organization. This role will provide business intelligence, expertise and support for maximizing opportunities for growth.
This position is to provide a dedicated BOLZONI AURAMO "factory" presence in key target account and industry applications. This position is a strategic initiative to leverage the complete range of BOLZONI AURAMO products and services to further penetrate the industry and accounts. The position will take a leadership role in developing BOLZONI AURAMO dealer capabilities to support these accounts and generate increased sales volume and market share. You will be responsible for the relationship of assigned accounts and will utilize the Bolzoni Auramo Inc. sales processes and customer relationship skills to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth. This position will drive the voice of customers to ensure growth within their assigned customer base, maintaining assigned account development plans, structuring and executing contracts, and managing customer orders with the utmost quality and customer satisfaction
Key Accountabilities :
- Recommend and execute annual Strategic Selling plans for assigned major accounts to achieve AOP unit volumes and revenue
- Establish and develop long-term relationships with assigned major account customers, and provide account management for assigned and targeted accounts
- Provide effective customer service liaison between customers, all dealership departments and external supply partners
- Provide product and technical support to assigned major account customers
- Gather competitive information and maintain the database in relation to competitor activity, pricing and new products
