We're a fast-growing tire supply company looking for motivated individuals ready to take control of their future. As a Route Sales Representative, you'll be more than just a delivery driver — you’ll be a trusted partner to tire shop owners, helping them stay stocked, supported, and successful.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys meeting new people, selling valuable products, solving problems on the fly, and earning commission based on performance. If you're driven, friendly, and dependable — we want you on our team!
What You'll Do:
- Drive a company van on a dedicated route, visiting multiple tire shops each day.
- Sell and upsell tire supplies like patches, plugs, tools, valve stems, wheel weights, and more.
- Build relationships with shop owners and managers, becoming their go-to rep for supplies.
- Handle special requests from clients by communicating via phone or in person.
- Answer calls from your clients and respond quickly to their needs with professionalism and care.
- Keep detailed notes on each customer’s preferences, purchase habits, and potential needs.
- Promote monthly specials and bundle deals to help increase shop sales.
- Keep your van clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Maintain accurate records of your daily sales, customer notes, and orders.
- Load and unload products up to 45 lbs, fill up the van with gas, and assist in organizing the warehouse when needed.
- Represent the company with a positive, respectful, and helpful attitude at all times.
What We're Looking For:
- Friendly and goal-oriented individuals who enjoy sales and customer interaction.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer calls professionally.
- Someone who takes pride in building strong, ongoing relationships with their accounts.
- Sales or delivery experience is a plus, especially in B2B or route-based roles.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Able to lift and carry up to 45 lbs throughout the day.
- Organized, reliable, and ready to grow with a team that values effort and attitude.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $650.00 - $1,050.00 per week
