Bomac is currently seeking an Electrical Assembly Technician to join it’s team.

Schedule is Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Job Summary:
Build electrical and mechanical products utilizing schematics, electrical drawings, etc. Perform testing, wiring, etc. and field installation of control panels. Crate, ship panels, etc., and perform receiving functions and fabricate paint parts as required. Instruct others in building electrical and mechanical products. Maintain compliance with quality programs.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Follow all plant safety and PPE requirements
· Review Requirements Bulletin before starting job related assignments. Only build to drawings that are in accordance with the Quality Program; and perform plant maintenance duties as required.
· Interpret layout drawings to prepare control panel layout templates.
· Interpret electrical schematics and apply electrical knowledge to perform wiring and harnessing as required.
· Use small hand tools and operate basic power tools including hand drill, band saw, grinder, cut off saw, and sander to prepare enclosures and sub-panels for mounting of components.
· Install tubing/piping and fittings as necessary.
· Complete other paperwork.
· Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Ideal Candidate:
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· Familiarity with Hand Tools
· Ability to read electrical schematics preferred
