Job Description
The Project Manager is responsible for supervising teams of Foremen/General Foreman and Mechanics in the execution of electrical projects and installations. Key responsibilities include bid & gain projects, coordinating production, representing BoMark Electric in project meetings with other trade contractors, and ensuring BoMark Electric's scopes of work stay on schedule.
The PM must build and maintain relationships with customers, inspectors, and other trades, lay out work, schedule personnel, coordinate tools and materials for jobs, ensure BoMark Electric team members follow company policy and procedures, and guarantee installations meet project scope, NEC, and BoMark Electric standards for code and quality.
The successful candidate will also train, manage, and evaluate project team members, assist with project billing, and support the training and career development of helpers, mechanics, and foremen.
